Folks, this is it! The final deadline to submit public comments opposing the tunnels. Please BE SURE to submit your comments – and ask everyone you know to do it, too! If you submitted comments last year, we encourage you to update and re-submit your comments. Comments are due by 5:00 PM Friday, October 30.

From the BDCP/CA Water Fix: All substantive comments received on the RDEIR/SDEIS (and those previously received during the comment period for the 2013 BDCP Draft EIR/EIS) will be responded to in the Final EIR/EIS and considered in the decision-making process. No final decisions have been made regarding going forward with the proposed project or in selecting an alternative; those decisions will only occur after completion of the CEQA and NEPA processes.
